RHETORIC RHAPSODY
Rhetoric Rhapsody is an Annual Interschool Literary Carnival organized by the school to bring together young literary enthusiast from diverse schools onto a common platform that celebrates the power of words, expression and creativity. Through a carefully curated line-up of engaging competitions ranging from turncoat, monologue and recitation to comic strip making, newspaper page designing and creative writing, this carnival aims at igniting intellectual curiosity, fostering healthy competition and encouraging students to explore the richness of language and literature.
Rhetoric Rhapsody aspires to create a vibrant community where literary arts thrive and voices find their stage.
IBCP CHALLENGERS’ CUP
The IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) blends academic learning with career-focused studies, skill development, and community service, and our students take lead in planning events.
One of the significant milestone in the remarkable journey of the IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) students is the launch of the IBCP Challenger's Cup—a Series of Student-led Tournaments featuring Basketball, Football, Volleyball and Kabbadi, complemented with fundraising activities. The IBCP Challengers’ Cup is an Annual Rolling Trophy that brings together passionate individual students and teams, all competing not just for the win but for a greater cause.
Students endeavour to generate funds through games and food stalls with the objective of organizing health camps for underprivileged students or donating the funds for health care of children.
INVESTITURE CEREMONY
Investiture Ceremony 2025–26 marked a proud celebration of leadership, integrity, and responsibility.
The event was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. C. V. Anand, Director General and Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, whose presence and powerful address inspired the newly elected student leaders to lead with courage, discipline, and compassion.
The event was attended by Shri D. Sudhakar Reddy, Chairman of DSR Educational Society; Director, Ms. Sharmila Reddy; Management Representative, Dr. Pratap Reddy; CEO, Ms. Pratima Sinha; Principal, Dr. Syamali Chowdhury and the parents. Their presence added great significance to the occasion and reflected the school’s continued commitment to nurturing value-driven leadership.
The ceremony reaffirmed the school’s belief in empowering students to become responsible citizens and empathetic change-makers, ready to uphold the ethos of the institution with pride and purpose.
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARD CEREMONY
The 13th Academic Excellence Award Ceremony was held with great pride and enthusiasm to honour the outstanding achievements of the students.
Mr. Sheshagiri K.M. Rao, UNICEF Education Specialist for Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his inspiring address, he applauded the students for their unwavering dedication and perseverance, encouraging them to remain disciplined and resilient as they continued their academic journey.
CBSE & IGCSE Board Toppers along with subject toppers, Cambridge Checkpoint achievers and class toppers from Grades 1 to 12, were honoured with certificates of excellence.
Students who had undertaken various special projects and the prestigious Champion of Champions Trophy for the Academic Year were also awarded. Teachers were also honoured for their commitment and dedicated service to the institution.
The coveted Trophy for the Best House was presented to the Discovery House for their consistent performance throughout the year.

ANNUAL ALUMNI MEET: TIMELESS TIES
The School proudly hosts the Annual Alumni Meet: Timeless Ties, a heart-warming afternoon where former students come together to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate their journey beyond school.
From engaging conversations to heartfelt reunions, the event beautifully captures the enduring bond the alumni continue to share with their alma mater and their teachers. It is a joy to witness friendships rekindled and memories relived across generations.
The special highlight is the announcement of the new BOMIS Alumni Association Executive Board, a committed team of passionate alumni leaders who take the lead in strengthening the association.
