It gives me great pride to serve as the Patron of our Alumni Association. Our alumni community represents the legacy, spirit, and strength of our institution, and I am committed to nurturing this bond so it continues to grow stronger with each passing year.
I believe that an engaged alumni network is one of a school's greatest assets. It connects generations, preserves shared memories, and creates opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and collective progress. As we build this vibrant community together, my focus remains on fostering meaningful relationships and supporting initiatives that benefit both our alumni and our current students.

Fauzia Shamim Siddiqui - Ex-officio Joint Secretary
Serving on the Alumni Executive Board of Birla Open Minds International School is both an honour and a responsibility I deeply cherish. Over the years, in my journey as a Career Guidance Counsellor and Biology teacher, my greatest fulfilment has come from helping students discover their purpose and chart their pathways with confidence.
In this role, I aspire to strengthen the bridge between our alumni and the school creating opportunities to reconnect, collaborate, and contribute. It is always a joy to welcome our former students back, not just with their accomplishments, but with stories, memories, and a spark that reaffirms why we do what we do.
I firmly believe that the true strength of a school lies in the bonds it nurtures. Beyond classrooms and corridors, it is the relationships we cultivate that continue to shape our shared legacy. I am committed to fostering these connections and ensuring our alumni community remains active, inspired, and deeply rooted in the spirit of lifelong learning.

Krithi Reddy Dodla - Emeritus Board Member
Hello! I'm Krithi. I hold a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from the University of Edinburgh and currently work with DSR Group in Hyderabad. My passions lie in interior design, community building, and sustainable lifestyle ventures. I strive to create spaces that are not only functional and beautiful, but also environmentally and socially conscious. Open Minds has always held a special place in my heart, and I'm grateful to serve on the alumni executive board.
Samaira Chadha - President
Hello! I'm Samaira Chadha, currently pursuing my BA LLB at Symbiosis Law School, Pune. I have a deep interest in mooting, international law, and the geopolitical and social developments shaping our world. I am passionate about understanding how laws and policies can adapt to these evolving realities, and I aspire to contribute meaningfully to conversations around policymaking and justice.
As part of the Alumni Network, my vision is to build a community that is approachable, supportive, and genuinely connected. I hope to foster a space where alumni feel comfortable reaching out, seeking guidance, sharing opportunities, and staying engaged in ways that feel organic and enriching.

Shyamanth Krishna - Vice President
Hello I'm K Shyamanth Krishna, A Final year undergraduate at Hindustan Institute of Tech and Science doing my B.Tech Aeronautical engineering. One thing about me is, curiosity has and will always be around where I am, from finding solutions to non-mundane scenarios and asking "what-if's?" And "why not's?.
My many passions have turned into my greatest strong suits. Many say that the mark of achievement is winning prizes, but to me it was being one of the best basketball players on my team, learning codes and being able to whip up anything etc.
Sujay Indupuru - General Secretary
Hello I'm Sujay Indupuru a Computer Science student at Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Hyderabad.
I'm a proud alumnus of Birla Open Minds International School, where I spent 12 formative years. My passions lie in basketball, healthcare, and artificial intelligence, and I'm always looking to explore how technology can drive a positive impact in people's lives.
Taneesha Nair - Joint Secretary
Hello I'm Taneesha Nair, a first year law student at O.P. Jindal Global University pursuing a BA LLB (Hons.) degree. With a deep interest in law, public speaking, and debate, I'm passionate about expressing ideas through writing and enjoy contributing articles and thought pieces. Birla Open Minds International School, Hyderabad was proud to host the Annual Alumni Meet: Timeless Ties — a heartwarming afternoon where former students came together to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate their journey beyond school.
From engaging conversations to heartfelt reunions, the event beautifully captured the enduring bond our alumni continue to share with the BOMIS community and their teachers. It was a joy to witness friendships rekindled and memories relived across generations.
A special highlight of the afternoon was the announcement of the newly elected BOMIS Alumni Association Executive Board, a committed team of passionate alumni leaders who will now take the lead in strengthening the association. With their fresh ideas and positive spirit, the BOMIS Alumni Association is set to grow into a vibrant and supportive network — one that nurtures collaboration, mentorship, and continued connection across batches.
