GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORM
- Complete all the mentioned details in the form and submit along with the photocopies of relevant documents as given below.
- Signature not required for Electronic Transmission .
The list of original documents to be scanned and submitted along with the duly filled Admission form.
- A passport size colour photograph of the student in white T-shirt / shirt with white background.
- One photograph of both Parents / guardians.
- Municipal Birth Certificate (for Play group - Grade XII).
- Vaccination Card of the student.
- Aadhar card of the student( If available)
- Attested SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable).
- Previous grade report card of the student (Grade II - XII).
- School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate from the last school attended, duly signed by the authorised person (Grade II - XII).
- Students valid passport and visa pages if the student is a foreign national.
Confirmation of Admission & Payment of Fee:
Based on the availability of the seat, the fee payment process will be
initiated.
Important Points to be noted:
- Admission is granted at the sole discretion of the Admissions Committee.
- Use of any kind of influence/pressure is strictly forbidden and may lead to rejection of the application.
- The parent will be responsible for all entries in the admission forms and its authenticity.
- If false entries are detected on verification at any time, the same will lead to disqualification of the admission.
- In case of non-availability of either of the parent, a letter of approval has to be attached along with the form by the parent not signing the form. In case of a Guardian, a letter of undertaking needs to be submitted .
- Parents have to provide complete information pertaining to the student and their family. In case of any health concerns-psychological or physical, it is the school's right to know and the parent's duty to inform before hand, at the time of registration itself. Separate attachment may be attached along with the Registration Forms if required.
- Parents need to provide the information regarding allergies to any food item for the student.

Birla Open Minds International School– is a dream that is built to provide a seamless learning environment for children to unleash their true and full potential. With so many schools sprouting all across, yet confined to a particular sector of learning methodology, we wanted to bring something unique, where a child can explore all possibilities before embarking on the journey of academic learning. We wanted to keep the formative years as open and inclusive as possible, so that there is no restriction in one’s imagination and learning.
It is with this vision that we were looking for a perfect blend of all methodologies. We found our ideology being translated into reality with Birla Edutech Ltd., which was in complete sync with our belief, having a perfectly woven integrated curriculum giving the much required space for a child to indulge in creatively learning from an early age. This gave way to our proud partnership with Birla Edutech Ltd. for seamlessly integrating proven teaching methodologies with a perfect blend of both scholastics and co-scholastics.
From there, the journey has been very fulfilling. Today, we stand strong with our chain of pre-schools and the main school being rated the best in the city of Hyderabad. The road ahead seems promising too with a satisfaction that our dreams have taken up with flying wings soaring high.
